Job Description:We are looking for a Project Coordinator for a project with our Client, who is working on a new VR device. In this role the candidate will be working with SW developers to support the upcoming launch of a new device.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support SW development teams by creating dashboards to track defects and pre-launch tasks.

• Identify risks to milestones and launch schedule, push owners to close those risks

• Manages critical milestones throughout the project to ensure the best customer experience.

• Provide regular updates and reports to management on key metrics and status• Tracking project metrics (operational, KPIs, etc,) and reporting on themSkills:

Skills:

• Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

• Ability to keep information organized and confidential.

• Previous experience with project management tools and computer applications, such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. -Full understanding of the SW development lifecycle.

• Full understanding of the SW development lifecycle.Education/Experience:-Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent training required

• Experience delivering tech programs/projects (hardware or software) from inception to deliveryAdditional required skills:

• Setup and Maintain Project Dashboards• Setup and Maintain Project Wiki & Documentation

• Tracking project metrics (operational, KPIs, etc,) and reporting on them
