We are looking for a Test Manager to join our growing team in Canada.

Job Description:

In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for creation of test approach, partnering with Alfa Systems partners and reliance on SME as needed
• Participate in working discovery sessions facilitated by client to collect program requirements, initiatives, priorities, and set test strategy in collaboration with Senior Test Engineer supporting w/ automation background test strategy, approach, effort estimates, and timeline, inclusive of integration test strategy, automation test strategy, UAT strategy, and potentially NFT strategy input

Responsibilities:

• Establish test strategy / approach / timeline and managing team capacity, prioritization, and planning efforts against that timeline
• Manage and track team velocity, financials and other KPIs in relation to the plan, quality and publish
  progress reports
• Serve as a subject matter expert in systems & quality architecture for the teams
• Eventually will collaborate with offshore teams and 3rd party teams (Alfa Systems) as needed
• Manage and appropriately escalate delivery risks, issues and changes
• Ensures deliverables across engineering teams are high-quality and clearly documented
• Stakeholder management- assisting to prioritize, lead tradeoffs and set expectations when competing 
  project deadlines arise
• Work with tech partners and architects to identify solutions and business process improvements
• Help in the overall maturity of E2E processes and workflows at client site - identifying areas for new services and capabilities / performing gap analysis when needed

Must Haves:
1) Hands on experience creating test strategy and approach & Salesforce Experience
2) Data migration project management / test management experience
3) Light automation experience / knowledge

Nice to Have: Alfa Systems experience / banking domain knowledge
