We are seeking an experienced QA Test Lead to support critical customer projects approaching UAT and Go-Live phases. The ideal candidate will lead quality assurance efforts, drive production readiness initiatives, and work closely with Agile implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead test planning, test suite reviews, and quality assurance activities for customer implementations.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-End (E2E) testing efforts.
• Perform quality risk assessments and develop QA stabilization plans for projects nearing production.
• Review and refine existing test strategies, test plans, and test coverage.
• Coordinate production release validation and rapid issue triage activities.
• Identify and mitigate quality risks impacting project timelines and go-live readiness.
• Update and enhance UAT test plans, scripts, and execution processes as needed.
• Monitor project quality metrics and proactively address testing bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful production deployments.

• Lessons Learned and Quality Improvement Recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Proven experience leading UAT and End-to-End testing initiatives.
• Strong expertise in test planning, test strategy development, and defect management.
• Experience supporting Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to assess quality risks and drive production readiness activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Student Information Systems (SIS)/ERP platforms.
• Higher Education or Education domain experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale implementation or transformation projects.
