Delivery Manager - Canada

Qualitest is looking for a Delivery Manager to join our growing team. The position is remote in Canada.

Top Must Haves:
- Expertise in client management
- Expertise in PowerPoint (including proposals) presentation creation based on the business context provided
- Strong Technical Background [Digital Engineering Service] (note: will help with technical interviews)
- Onshore-Offshore model coordination experience
- Should have working experience across multiple projects/programs (simultaneously) across various technologies
(*tech skills are more important than Client Facing part)

Career path background to look for: dev/technical then onto PM

Requirements:

1. 9+ years in to IT and 6+ years in Project Management Experience
2. Ability to manage client and vendor stakeholders
3. Working experience between US (onsite) and India (offshore) models
4. Working experience in handling the demand management at onshore
5. Working experience in handling multiple teams like Workforce Management, HR and Recruitment, Procurement team.
6. Strong technical background [possibly Digital Engineering Expertise] and working experience in facilitating workshops at client place
7. Facilitating governance meetings with client and oversee onshore delivery team
8. Experience in handling client escalations and conflict resolutions for onshore team members
9. Experience in contributing to Account Mining, Account Planning exercises.
10. Ability to take interviews on specific skill set and then facilitate the calls with customer

1. Understand Servicing Company offerings and Solutions/Tools
2. Healthcare Industry Experience
3. Claims Management Experience
4. Hands on Dev or DevOps experience
5. Cloud experience (esp. OCI)
