Qualitest is seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven ServiceNow QA Tester to support testing initiatives within a growing ServiceNow environment. This role requires strong manual testing expertise, hands-on ServiceNow experience, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position has strong growth potential into a QA Lead role.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow testing experience

• 5+ years of manual QA testing experience

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and defect lifecycle

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing for ServiceNow applications and enhancements

• Create and execute test cases and test plans

• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution

• Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and UAT testing

• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery

• Support ongoing QA process improvements

Preferred

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules

• Agile/Scrum experience

• Leadership potential or prior mentoring experience
