#21867 - Team Lead -Manual Testing

Qualitest seeking an experienced and proactive Team Lead – Manual Testing to drive quality assurance efforts across Agile delivery teams. The ideal candidate will lead test design and execution, ensure cross-team alignment, and leverage emerging AI tools to enhance testing processes and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define test scope, priorities, timelines, and environment requirements for each sprint/release.
• Design comprehensive test scenarios and ensure timely execution to meet sprint objectives.
• Lead and coordinate testing efforts across onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Proactively identify and escalate risks related to timelines, environments, or requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, including the adoption of AI-driven testing practices.
• Explore, evaluate, and implement AI tools to enhance test design, execution, and overall QA efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in manual testing with a focus on test design and execution.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams across multiple geographies.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools and their application in software testing.
• Understanding of how AI can be leveraged for test design, optimization, and automation.
