We are looking for a VP Data Center of Excellence to join our growing team in US, Remote.

JD:

Enterprise Data Strategy & Leadership

• Define and own the global Data strategy, roadmap, and operating model, aligned to business priorities and regional growth objectives.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, shaping data strategy, roadmap evolution, and practice expansion.
• Act as the Data Evangelist, fostering a strong data culture, innovation mindset, and adoption of best practices across the organization.

Growth, Sales Enablement & Market Positioning

• Drive revenue growth by enabling sales and account teams with differentiated data propositions, solution architectures, and value narratives.
• Own and govern data-related proposals, pursuits, and RFP responses, ensuring quality, competitiveness, and alignment with strategy.
• Strengthen external brand positioning through whitepapers, POVs, analyst interactions, and industry conferences.

Client Advisory & Consulting

• Lead and participate in executive-level client workshops, strategy sessions, and advisory engagements.
• Act as a consultative partner to clients on enterprise data architecture, governance, operating models, and modernization journeys.
• Translate complex business challenges into end-to-end data solutions delivering measurable business outcomes.

Innovation & Solution Acceleration

• Design and incubate solution accelerators, frameworks, and reusable assets across data service lines.
• Drive innovation across data engineering, analytics, governance, assurance, test data management through differentiating solution accelerators and ensure consistency, reusability.
• Collaborate with leaders across AI, Digital Engineering, Automation, and Data practices to build integrated, NextGen solutions.
• Partner with leading data, cloud, and tooling providers to define joint go-to-market strategies, and growth opportunities.
• Enabling Delivery Excellence
• Enable delivery excellence by defining reference architectures, standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks.
• Provide oversight and guidance for large, complex enterprise data programs, focusing on risk mitigation and value realization.
• Drive adoption of reusable accelerators, and best practices to improve delivery efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

• 18+ years of experience in enterprise data assurance, data management, data transformation, and analytics, preferably within a global system integrator or consulting firm.
• Proven experience building and scaling Data practices supporting Quality Engineering and Digital Engineering initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in sales enablement, proposal leadership, deal shaping and client advisory roles.
• Deep understanding across multiple data domains, with the ability to act as a data generalist connecting end-to-end capabilities.
• Experience working with C-suite and senior executives across global, multi-cultural environments.
• Demonstrated strong thought leadership credentials through publications, whitepapers, external conferences, analyst presentations.

• A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $170,000 - $180,000.
