We are looking for a Test Lead to join our growing team in Argentina!

Role - Test Lead

Location - Remote (Argentina)

Must‑Have Skills & Experience

Strong functional, regression, and integration testing expertise.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to create test plans, test cases, and ensure full coverage.

Skilled in defect reporting, triage, and working with cross‑functional teams.

Hands‑on experience with QA tools (JIRA, TestRail, Azure DevOps).

Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile processes.

Must‑Have Responsibilities

Lead QA for features/projects end‑to‑end.Drive test execution and ensure high‑quality releases.

Communicate risks, status, and quality insights clearly.

Mentor QA team members and uphold QA best practices.
