We are looking for a Test Automation Specialist to join our growing team in US.

Role - Test Automation Specialist

Location – US(Remote)

We are looking for a highly skilled Cypress Automation Test Engineer who can lead automation initiatives across agile PODs while also supporting framework setup, delivery leadership, and team enablement/training activities. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Cypress automation and experience driving automation adoption across modern web applications and API ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Cypress
• Lead automation delivery for one or more agile PODs and ensure high-quality execution
• Mentor and train team members on Cypress automation best practices and framework adoption
• Define automation standards, reusable components, coding guidelines, and governance processes
• Build and execute UI and API automation test suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QE teams to support shift-left testing practices
• Support automation strategy for regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Analyze automation gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, defect triage, and release validation activities
• Work closely with offshore/onshore teams to ensure delivery alignment and quality outcomes
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong hands-on experience with Cypress automation (mandatory)
• Experience in building automation frameworks from scratch or enhancing existing frameworks
• Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with API automation and validation
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models
• Experience leading automation efforts within POD-based delivery structures
• Hands-on experience integrating automation with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Good understanding of test design, debugging, reporting, and automation best practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

• Salary of $120,000 - $130,000 annually.
