We are looking for a Technical Architect and Delivery Lead to join our growing team!

Role: Technical Architect and Delivery Lead

Location: US or Canada (we need someone flexible towards EST-PST).

Must Have Skills & Experience

• Strong functional, regression, and integration testing expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create test plans, test cases, and ensure full coverage.
• Skilled in defect reporting, triage, and working with cross functional teams.
• Hands on experience with QA tools (JIRA, TestRail, Azure DevOps).
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile processes.

Technical Architect Must Have Responsibilities

• Lead QA for features/projects end to end.
• Drive test execution and ensure high quality releases.
• Communicate risks, status, and quality insights clearly.
• Mentor QA team members and uphold QA best practices.

Delivery Lead Role/Responsibilities 

• Leading and supporting projects in escalation, including discovery and stabilization planning
• Overseeing test strategy, approach, and communications prior to broader sharing
• Ensuring candidate quality and alignment before submission
• Providing clear ownership and coordination across onshore and offshore teams

Nice to have:

• Automation experience with playwright
• Ellucian product experience (ex. student information system (database) that schools use, blackboard (LMS tool))
• Cloud migrations
