SuccessFactors Workstream Lead (Parallel Test Coordinator)

Qualitest is seeking a dedicated SuccessFactors Workstream Lead to drive and manage QA activities within the SuccessFactors testing stream. This role involves end-to-end responsibility for planning, coordinating, and executing key QA phases, ensuring smooth test cycles, and delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have strong test management skills and experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

This is Fulltime position for Gainesville, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage in-scope QA phases/workstream areas, including test approach, scoping, planning, resource allocation, scheduling, environment coordination, risk & issue management, progress tracking, and metrics reporting to the Program Test Manager.

• Define, manage, and oversee the defect management process throughout all testing phases, including defect resolution and trend analysis.

• Coordinate and manage the scoping process for the assigned workstream, including creating risk-based scopes and facilitating scope reviews and sign-offs.

• Plan, schedule, and facilitate workshops, ensuring appropriate attendee participation and effective outcomes.

• Regularly report progress against the test plan, highlighting risks, issues, and mitigation actions.

• Actively contribute to test execution stand-up meetings and coordinate test execution activities within the workstream.

• Support defect and issue resolution within the workstream testing activities.

• Travel onsite to Gainesville as required (expenses covered). Preference for candidates located in Gainesville, Jacksonville, or Orlando for ease of access.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors testing.

• Proven experience in test management or test coordination roles.

• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $130,000-$140,000.
