We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our growing team in United States!

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), hands-on familiarity with Java-based cloud platforms, and experience supporting warehouse management systems (WMS). This role is pivotal in guiding agile teams through the delivery of enterprise-level applications that support our logistics, inventory, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as servant leader and coach for one or more Scrum teams involved in the delivery of WMS and cloud-based Java solutions.
• Facilitate all standard Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
• Remove impediments and foster a high-performance team culture centered on continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with Product Owners, architects, and engineering leads to ensure backlog items are well-groomed and aligned to delivery goals.
• Ensure team alignment with Agile principles and enterprise delivery standards.
• Track and communicate key agile metrics (velocity, burndown, team health).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and infrastructure to support CI/CD and cloud deployments.
• Advocate for scalable, cloud-native design principles and development practices rooted in Java-based technologies.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to delivery timelines, integration points, or WMS dependencies.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
• Proven experience supporting Java and cloud-based application development (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of end-to-end SDLC, including modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) technologies.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally.

Must Have:

• Experience with development life cycle (SDLC).
• Exposure to Java-based cloud platforms.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Preferred Skills:

• Agile certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.) preferred.
• Exposure to microservices architecture and cloud-native development.
• Experience working with enterprise integration platforms (APIs, message queues, etc.).
• Background in supply chain, inventory control, or logistics industries.
• Experience in large-scale Agile environments or SAFe frameworks.

• A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $80,000 - $90,000.
