We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our growing team in United States!

Role - Salesforce Business Analyst

Location - Remote (US)

Must-haves:

• Service cloud experience
• Service cloud voice & Amazon Connect experience
• Communication and stakeholder management
• Energy (Utility possibly) sector experience preferred

Job Description: 

Translate business needs into complete, clear, and testable user stories with acceptance criteria (AC = happy path, negative paths, boundary conditions, permissions/roles, data validation).

Define and maintain user stories: user flows, process mapping, data interactions.

Maintain traceability from user stories → Features

Identify gaps, edge cases, and cross team dependencies.

Support UAT coordination and execution

Execute smoke, regression, and integrated testing prior to UAT in the Stage Environment.

Attend handoff meeting with Prod Spec to handover Features that will have stories written against them.

Assumption & decision tracking related to Stories

Follow SOPs for User Story Authoring and Refinement facilitation

Seek Approval for User StoriesRecord BUGs in ADO when found testing, etc.
