SECTOR- Senior Workday Technology Manager - C2
Qualitest is looking for a Senior Workday Technology Manager to lead strategic initiatives and continuous improvements within our Workday HCM platform. This is a key leadership role focused on driving HR technology optimization using Agile practices, with a strong emphasis on user experience, data integrity, and operational excellence.
You'll collaborate across HR, IT, and business teams to deliver scalable, efficient Workday solutions that support evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday HCM features and security.
- Optimize HR and Payroll processes, reporting, and integrations.
- Partner with HR, Talent, Recruiting, Finance, IT, and vendors to deliver enhancements and resolve issues.
- Conduct design workshops and map data flows across user personas.
- Promote best practices in Workday configuration and business process design.
- Maintain system documentation and manage Workday reports.
- Oversee integrations and testing for releases and system changes.
- Manage Workday release cycles, perform fit-gap analysis, and roadmap planning.
- Ensure SLA adherence and oversee vendor performance.
- Guide leadership on automation and process improvements.
- Drive adoption of self-service tools and ensure effective user training.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Workday configuration, business processes, and security.
- Proven background in HCM technology implementation and support.
- Agile/Scrum experience; familiarity with global/offshore delivery models.
Core Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM modules and HR operations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SLA monitoring, reporting standards, and vendor management.
- Skilled in demand/capacity planning and budget tracking.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Leadership in design workshops focused on data and integration flows.
- Experience with emerging Workday capabilities.
- Proven success delivering end-to-end Workday solutions that align with business strategy.

- A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $170,000 - $180,000.
