Role: Workday Test Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end testing activities for Workday implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and production support releases.

Define overall QA strategy, test approach, test planning, estimation, and execution governance for Workday programs.

Coordinate testing across Workday functional areas including:HCMPayrollBenefitsTime TrackingRecruitingReview business requirements, functional specifications, and integration mappings to identify testing scope and risks.

Prepare and manage:Test plansTest scenariosTest casesRTM (Requirement Traceability Matrix)Test execution reportsDefect metricsGo-live readiness reportsLead SIT, UAT, regression testing, integration testing, and production validation activities.

Coordinate with business users, Workday functional consultants, integration teams, and third-party vendors.
