We are looking for a SAP Architect/ Senior Engineer to join our growing team in United States!

 

The SAP Architect/ Senior Engineer is responsible for designing, optimizing, and governing the enterprise SAP landscape to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions. This role provides deep technical expertise across SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, BW/4HANA, BTP, and integration platforms. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration between SAP systems and external enterprise platforms such as HCM, Salesforce, and corporate security tools. The position combines strategic architecture planning with hands-on technical leadership to drive business innovation and operational excellence.

 

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain SAP system architecture across applications, databases, and integrations (S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP, CPI, BW/4HANA, and related platforms).
  • Design and oversee integrations between SAP and enterprise systems such as HCM, Salesforce, and security/identity management tools, ensuring data consistency and secure interoperability.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, compliant, and future-ready technical architectures.
  • Lead solution design reviews to ensure adherence to architecture principles, security standards, and compliance frameworks (including HIPAA and audit controls).
  • Drive SAP modernization and cloud adoption strategies, including migration to SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform.
  • Collaborate with Basis, Security, and Development teams to ensure system performance, stability, and security.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging SAP and cloud technologies to enhance integration, performance, and automation.
  • Provide thought leadership and mentoring to SAP technical teams on design standards and best practices.
  • Partner with IT and business leadership to align SAP roadmaps with organizational strategy.
  • Document architectural standards, data flows, and integration frameworks to ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Demonstrate the Company’s Core Competencies and values held within.

 

Job Scope:
This position serves as the technical authority for the SAP landscape, influencing long-term technology direction and enterprise integration strategy. The SAP Architect / Senior Engineer works cross-functionally with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver innovative, secure, and business-aligned SAP solutions.

 

Job Requirements (Education, Experience, and Training):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or HS Diploma and 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • 10–15 years of SAP technical experience, including 5+ years in architecture or senior engineering roles.
  • Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, BW/4HANA, and BTP solution architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP integration across platforms such as HCM, Salesforce, and enterprise security systems.
  • Proficiency in SAP integration tools (CPI, PI/PO, APIs, BTP Integration Suite).
  • Strong understanding of SAP security, identity management, and single sign-on frameworks.
  • Experience leading SAP migrations, upgrades, and performance optimization initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills across technical and business audiences.
  • TOGAF or SAP-certified architect credentials preferred.

 

Must Have:

  • SAP Solution & Integration Architecture - Expertise in designing and maintaining SAP landscapes (S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP, CPI, BW/4HANA) and integrating with enterprise systems like HCM and Salesforce.
  • Cloud & Modernization Strategy - Experience in SAP modernization and cloud adoption, including S/4HANA and BTP migrations, with focus on performance and scalability.
  • Governance & Technical Leadership - Strong understanding of compliance, security, and architecture principles, with ability to lead design reviews and mentor technical teams.

  • A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $120,000 - $150,000.
