Program Test Manager

Qualitest is seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Program Test Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end testing for a critical SAP implementation program. This pivotal role demands deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, and quality assurance test management, with a strong emphasis on driving testing excellence and fostering effective stakeholder collaboration.

This is a full-time remote position open to US-based candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall Program Test Management across the SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors implementation lifecycle.
• Act as the primary escalation point for all testing risks, issues, and challenges.
• Develop, maintain, and refine the Test Approach as project insights and dynamics evolve.
• Define, agree upon, and enforce robust testing frameworks, methodologies, and best practices aligned with program goals.
• Oversee test execution using TRICENTIS QTEST to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
• Guide the testing team to meet key milestones on schedule and deliverables as outlined in the Statement of Work.
• Collaborate closely with the Gainesville Regional Utilities (GRU) Project Manager and other stakeholders to ensure clear, transparent communication and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Lead daily status meetings, track progress, and proactively manage risks and issues, providing timely reports to GRU.
• Prepare detailed Engagement Summary Reports and lead handover meetings with all necessary documentation for program closure or transition.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors testing within real-world program environments.
• Proven expertise in QA test management with the ability to lead large-scale testing initiatives and teams.
• Proficient with test management tools, preferably TRICENTIS QTEST.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and escalation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, focused on delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Experience:

1. SAP S/4HANA: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience.
2. SAP SuccessFactors: Minimum 8 years of experience in testing or implementation.
3. QA Test Management: Proven track record managing complex testing programs, including familiarity with TRICENTIS QTEST.

• A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $160,000-$170,000.
