We are looking for a Java Architect to join our growing team in United States!

Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural efforts for application modernization using containerization platforms.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions.
• Implement best practices in CI/CD integration, automation, and service mesh architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of services.
• Proven experience in cloud solution architecture, particularly in application modernization.
• Expertise in Oracle Cloud, Azure, or similar platforms.
• Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to translate technical language into business value.
• A passion for innovation, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
• Alignment with our core values of integrity, innovation, and teamwork.

Must Have:

• At least 5 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect or Application modernization lead or similar customer-facing role.
• At least 10 years of software development in JAVA (Spring or JEE experience is an advantage).
• Experience in analyzing applications architecture, experience in Domain Driven Design. Modernization experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to handle complex technical environments and troubleshooting.
• Experience working in Linux environments.
• Ability to train customers and write technical documents.
• Working knowledge with application servers (e.g. Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, etc.) - an added advantage.
• Experience with Cloud-Native Architecture and modern Java runtimes - an added advantage.
• Experience with containers and Kubernetes - an added advantage.

Nice to Have:

• Claims Domain Experience, OCI Experience.

• A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $150,000 - $190,000.
