Integration Test Lead

We are looking for a Integration Test Lead to join our growing team in Canton, MA (onsite).

Must Haves:

At least 6 years exp (this is an individual contributor role)

1. Integration Test Lead with strong hands-on testing expertise and exceptional communication skills.

2. This role requires working onsite at the client’s office, Monday through Friday

3. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving integration testing across complex, multi-system environments

Job Description:

• 5–8 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3+ years focused on integration testing in complex system landscapes.
• Outstanding communication skills—able to articulate issues clearly and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, middleware, data flows, and system interoperability.
• Experience testing across multiple domains (web, mobile, backend services) and technology stacks.
• Knowledge on POS systems is a plus
• Proficiency with tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, Swagger, or similar API testing tools.
• Solid understanding of SQL and ability to validate backend data.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
