We are looking for a Director of Marketing to join our growing team in Ft Lauderdale, FL/ Dalls, TX United States!

 

Overview:

We are seeking a senior marketing leader to own and scale our marketing strategy across the US market. This role is critical to how we build senior relationships, deepen client engagement, and support revenue growth in a complex enterprise sales environment.

As Director of Marketing, US, you will lead the planning and delivery of high-impact events, executive forums, client hospitality, and strategic sponsorships that position us as a trusted partner for AI-first quality engineering. You will work closely with sales and delivery leaders to ensure every engagement is purposeful, commercially aligned, and designed to move relationships forward.

This is a hands-on leadership role with clear accountability for event strategy, execution quality, and measurable business impact.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Events and hospitality leadership

  • Own the US events and hospitality strategy, aligned to regional growth priorities and key accounts.
  • Plan and deliver a portfolio of executive-level engagements, including client dinners, roundtables, hosted forums, conferences, and partner events.
  • Ensure events are tightly integrated with sales objectives, from account targeting and invitation strategy through to post-event follow-up.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery, including budgeting, venues, logistics, agencies, speakers, and on-site execution.
  • Set clear standards for event quality, experience design, and brand representation.

 

Partnerships and sponsorships

  • Work with our Head of Strategic Partnerships to evaluate and manage strategic event partnerships and sponsorships that support relationship-building and market visibility.
  • Secure and manage speaking opportunities for senior leaders where they support commercial and positioning goals.
  • Work with partners and alliances to co-create joint events and hosted experiences.

 

Commercial alignment and stakeholder management

  • Partner closely with US sales and delivery leaders to ensure events and hospitality are targeted, relevant, and commercially effective.
  • Support key pursuits and strategic accounts with tailored, high-touch engagement programs.
  • Act as the senior marketing point of contact for US leadership on events and experiential activity.

 

Brand and communications support

  • Ensure all events and client engagements reinforce our brand positioning and leadership narrative.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align major US events with broader brand, PR, and analyst initiatives where relevant.
  • Maintain consistency of tone, messaging, and visual identity across all event-related communications and materials.

 

Measurement and reporting

  • Define success metrics for events and hospitality, including relationship progression, pipeline influence, and account engagement.
  • Track performance and provide clear reporting on ROI, outcomes, and learnings.
  • Use insights to continuously refine the US events and engagement strategy.

 

Experience and skills:

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in technology, consulting, or professional services.
  • Significant experience leading events at enterprise level.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver senior-level client engagements that support complex sales cycles.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a clear understanding of how events drive relationships and revenue.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence working directly with senior leaders and clients.
  • Experience managing agencies, venues, and external partners.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).

 

Must Have:

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in technology, consulting, or professional services.
  • Significant experience leading events at enterprise level.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence working directly with senior leaders and clients.
  • Partnership marketing.
  • Familiarity with PR and media relations agencies.

  • A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $140,000 - $160,000.
