We are looking for a Delivery/Project Manager to join our growing team in Canada.

Role Summary:
The Delivery Manager plays a critical role in ensuring seamless delivery across client engagements by managing both operational and technical delivery aspects. This role acts as a bridge between the internal teams, newly onboarded resources, and the client stakeholders — ensuring that commitments are met, onboarding is streamlined, and account support is well-coordinated.

Job Description:

1. Resource & Operational Delivery
 -Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new team members, including ADP setup, access provisioning, and internal tooling.
 -Track and manage resource allocations, extensions, and roll-offs.
 -Ensure all onboarding and compliance processes are completed in a timely and structured manner.
 -Act as a central point of contact for any operational blockers faced by newly joined resources.

2. Technical & Client Delivery Oversight
 -Assist in preparing and reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs) and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.
 -Support technical delivery by aligning resource skills and timelines with client expectations.
 -Help facilitate project planning and delivery cadence in collaboration with delivery leads and architects.
 -Optional but preferred: Familiarity with cloud migrations (Azure, AWS, or GCP) to understand technical delivery contexts and client expectations.

3. Account Management Support
  -Develop and maintain executive-level PowerPoint presentations and delivery dashboards for internal and client-facing use.
  -Coordinate closely with account managers to ensure delivery milestones, updates, and resourcing are well-communicated.
  -Consolidate feedback from client-side stakeholders and internal teams to improve delivery quality and engagement satisfaction.

4. Stakeholder & Meeting Facilitation
  -Schedule, run, and document weekly/bi-weekly sync-up meetings with client stakeholders and internal teams.
  -Ensure that action items, risks, and feedback are captured and tracked to closure.
  -Be the escalation point for operational or delivery-related issues from either the client or internal teams.

Must Have's:
 -6+ years of experience in delivery coordination, service management, or project support roles.
 -Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
 -Proficiency in preparing executive summaries, decks, and delivery documentation.
 -Exposure to IT service delivery models; understanding of software or cloud delivery life cycles is a plus.
 -Ability to multitask across onboarding, delivery governance, and client interfacing.

Nice To Have:
-Prior experience with cloud migrations or managing teams engaged in Azure/AWS/GCP projects.

-Understanding of resourcing tools or PSA systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, Dynamics 365, etc.).
