Qualitest is looking for Data Collection Associates fully onsite in Kirkland, WA.

Qualitest is a high growth technology consulting company with a focus on providing Quality Assurance & Testing and Ground Truth Data Services to top technology corporations in the US. We deliver value added services to our clients that include managed services and managed projects.

Qualitest is lookingforData Collection Associates(DCAs) to support Ground Truth Data Collection initiativesand contribute to the development of VR and AR products.The focus of ground truth data collection is to capture various types of data relating to humans, speech, and environments to enable quality Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms. DCAs willbe responsible for performingdata collection directly with participantswhileutilizing sophisticated scanning equipment in a simulated environment. The ideal candidate has the perfect blend of customer service and technology skills.

Responsibilities 

• Entry level position – cannot work independently 
  
• Handles constructive feedback well 
  
• Guidehired research participants for data collection sessions in a secured office or home environment to perform scripted motion captures 
  
• Prep and maintain assigned equipment and ensure security of proprietary devices 
  
• Prep participants for capture includingintake, NDAs, scripting and answering questions 
  
• Maintain capture environment and implement lighting and staging changes
• Respond swiftly toprojectupdates and changes
• Provide feedbackto operations lead onproject improvements 
• Perform data uploads
• Troubleshooting:Ability to mitigate issues, customerfacing, or technology related
• Other duties as assigned, per business needs

• Strong face to face customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor 
• Technologically adeptandfamiliar with latest trends in technology; AI/ML/AR/VR
• Organized and detail oriented
• Thrives in a team environment
• Ability to manage responsibilities in afast-pacedenvironment

Experience 

• Experience in a related role such as customer serviceordata collection
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and all its components (SharePoint, Forms, Power Automate, Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High school diploma and 2+ years working in a team environment 

Pay rate: $22 USD per hour.
