AWS CloudWatch/DynatraceNice to have:JMeter neoloadJD:Responsibilities:Partner with business stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure teams to define performance requirements and SLAs, translating them into a clear and actionable performance testing scope.Prepare comprehensive performance test strategies and plans, proactively identifying and communicating risks or bottlenecks to stakeholders.Lead the end-to-end performance testing lifecycle — including planning, scripting, execution, analysis, and reporting.Assign and manage work across the team based on project requirements, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.Provide hands-on expertise with LoadRunner; exposure to JMeter and NeoLoad is a strong advantage.Demonstrate strong knowledge of performance monitoring and diagnostics tools, particularly Dynatrace, and create dashboards to visualize key performance metrics.Handle complex scripting and correlation for Web (Pega/Salesforce), REST/SOAP, and API-based applications.Leverage AWS components (CloudWatch, EC2, RDS, S3) for performance validation and analysis.Validate and optimize MuleSoft API and integration layer performance.Lead performance testing tool migration initiatives and conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) to recommend the best-fit tool for the organization’s technology landscape.Exhibit strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Experience with distributed system testing, CI/CD integration, and test automation frameworks is a plus.
