Accessibility Assurance Project Lead

We are looking for a Accessibility Assurance Project Lead to join our growing team in the US (remote from anywhere in the US - CST) 

Key Responsibilities

• Review and Feedback: Review accessibility requirements. Provide constructive feedback on deliverables and estimates related to accessibility. Ensure that requirements align with industry standards and best practices.
• Integration and Planning: Incorporate accessibility approaches into the overall test plan. Advocate for accessibility throughout the project lifecycle.
• Testing and Evaluation: Develop and execute accessibility test plans and test cases. Utilize various tools and methodologies to evaluate the accessibility of products and services. Identify and document accessibility issues, and work with teams to ensure their resolution.
• Reporting and Documentation: Create detailed reports on accessibility testing results. Provide actionable recommendations for improving accessibility. Develop and maintain documentation related to accessibility standards and best practices.

Must Haves:
1) WCAG 2.1 AA Hands on testing
2) Stake holder Management
3) Accessibility Test Planning and Coordination

Qualifications:
• Overall 10+ years exp, minimum of 5 years of experience in accessibility testing and evaluation of software and customer facing hardware.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, ADA) and best practices.
• Proficiency with accessibility testing tools (e.g., screen readers, automated testing tools).
• Must be able to lead projects (some project management exp)

Additional Qualifications
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in accessibility (e.g., IAAP CPACC, WAS) is a plus.
• Experience with agile development methodologies
