Role: AS9 Test Lead
Location: Remote, US

The AS9 Test Lead is responsible for overseeing all testing activities across complex data pipeline projects, including integration, reporting, and application consumption layers. This role requires coordinating with System Integrators, software developers, and OEM partners (such as OSI, Oracle, and Microsoft) to ensure end‑to‑end validation of new solutions and enhancements.

• System Integration Testing (SIT)
• Site/User Acceptance Testing (SAT/UAT)
• Performance Testing (PFT)
• User Access Testing
• Disaster Recovery Testing (DRT)
• Operational Readiness Testing (ORT)
• Develop and maintain the overall testing strategy, ensuring alignment with project scope and business requirements.
• Estimate testing efforts, plan resource assignments, and manage all test team activities.
• Select and implement appropriate tools for test management, functional testing, and performance testing.
• Oversee the creation of test conditions, test scripts, and test data across all functional and technical areas.
• Work closely with application development managers, business leads, and end users to resolve defects and functional gaps.
• Lead both functional and performance test automation efforts where applicable.
• Identify and escalate project‑level quality risks, ensuring proactive mitigation plans are in place.
• Track and report progress of all testing deliverables, providing clear status updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and quality issues, driving corrective actions across teams.
• Guide test engineers in applying appropriate test techniques and ensuring industry‑standard QA practices.
• Manage test environment configurations, updates, and readiness for all phases.
• Advocate for quality by driving closure of prioritized defects and ensuring readiness for production deployment.

Must Haves:
- Strong end‑to‑end test leadership — ability to manage SIT, UAT, Performance, DR, and ORT across complex data pipelines.
- Hands‑on test strategy + planning — skilled in building test approaches, estimating effort, and leading test teams.
- Cross‑functional coordination — proven experience working with System Integrators, developers, OEMs, and business users to drive defect resolution and quality outcomes.

• A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $150,000 - $165,000.
