We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager to join our growing team in Boca Raton, FL, or Dallas, TX, in the United States.

About the Role

As the Talent Acquisition Senior Manager – Americas, you will oversee end to end recruiting operations for the region while leading a high performing, globally distributed team of recruiters based in India, Canada, Argentina, and Mexico, all aligned to East Coast hours. You’ll partner closely with business leaders, delivery teams, and HR to ensure Qualitest attracts and hire top talent across technical, engineering, and corporate roles.

This hybrid role is based in Boca Raton, FL, and requires a leader who is both strategic and hands on—someone who can guide a global team while also stepping in to recruit directly for high priority or hard to fill roles.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Develop a Global Recruiting Team
  • Manage, mentor, and support an international team of recruiters across multiple time zones.
  • Drive performance, consistency, and accountability across all recruiting workflows.
  • Assign requisitions, balance workloads, and ensure timely delivery of hiring needs.

Recruiting Strategy & Hands On Execution

  • Own full cycle recruiting for the Americas region, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Occasionally step in to directly recruit for niche, senior, or hard to fill roles.
  • Leverage a strong localized network across the U.S. talent market to accelerate hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, timelines, and expectations.

Reporting, Analytics & Forecasting

  • Produce weekly and monthly recruiting dashboards, KPIs, and hiring insights.
  • Forecast hiring demand and capacity needs across the region.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive updates to business stakeholders.

Stakeholder & Partner Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the recruiting team and internal business units.
  • Facilitate intake meetings, hiring strategy discussions, and regular status updates.
  • Manage relationships with external staffing agencies and ensure effective utilization.

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting processes and enhance candidate experience.
  • Maintain compliance with Qualitest’s global hiring standards and regional regulations.
  • Support initiatives related to employer branding, diversity hiring, and talent pipeline development.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role.
  • Experience managing global or multi country recruiting teams strongly preferred.
  • Strong U.S. recruiting experience with a robust local network across technical and engineering talent markets.
  • Background in technology, engineering, consulting, or software testing environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using ATS systems, dashboards, and hiring metrics.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, matrixed, global environment.
  • Comfortable working East Coast hours to align with global team operations.

  • Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $120,000 - $140,000 plus a competitive bonus based on meeting KPIs.
