Qualitest is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Migration Lead (QE Lead) to lead quality engineering efforts for a ServiceNow migration project from a legacy Cherwell platform. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong manual testing expertise, Agile experience, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end QA strategy and execution for ServiceNow migration projects.
- Manage manual testing efforts across sprints in an Agile environment.
- Serve as the primary QE point of contact for client stakeholders.
- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform data validation and backend testing using SQL.
- Track defects, manage test cycles, and report status using Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and business analysts.
- Ensure successful validation of migrated data and workflows from Cherwell to ServiceNow.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of QA/QE experience with at least one full ServiceNow migration project.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and reporting.
- Experience with Sprint testing and defect lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to lead testing discussions and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Experience working in distributed/remote teams.
Top 3 Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on ServiceNow migration testing experience (manual).
- Strong experience in Agile methodology and Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Excellent communication and client-facing leadership skills.
Nice to Have
- Automation experience using C#/Selenium or preferably AccelQ.
- Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Prior experience working with Cherwell platform migrations.
- Exposure to enterprise ITSM implementations.
