We are looking for a SAP - Technical Delivery Manager to join our growing team in United States

Top 3 Must Haves:
1. SAP Ariba & SAC Expertise – Strong experience leading SAP Ariba and SAC initiatives, with deep knowledge of procurement (STI), finance (R2R), and O2C processes.
2. SAP Project & Service Delivery Management – Proven ability to manage end-to-end SAP project delivery, including implementations, upgrades, migrations, and cross-functional team management.
3. Integration & Compliance – Expertise in integrating SAP Ariba with S/4HANA and SAC, ensuring data integrity, automation, and adherence to audit, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance.

JD:
The SAP Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the efficient, timely, and quality-driven delivery of all SAP-related services across the organization, including implementation, support, and upgrades. This position has a specific focus on SAP Ariba platform and secondarily, SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) reporting capabilities. This role ensures the efficient, timely, and high-quality delivery of SAP Ariba and reporting services across the organization — spanning implementation, support, and enhancement — in alignment with strategic business goals. The incumbent must possess a deep understanding of relevant end-to-end procurement and finance business flows and extensive experience in leading technical SAP teams to meet enterprise needs.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and maintain SAP system architecture across applications, databases, and integrations (S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP, CPI, BW/4HANA, and related platforms).
- Design and oversee integrations between SAP and enterprise systems such as HCM, Salesforce, and security/identity management tools, ensuring data consistency and secure interoperability.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, compliant, and future-ready technical architectures.
- Lead solution design reviews to ensure adherence to architecture principles, security standards, and compliance frameworks (including HIPAA and audit controls).
- Drive SAP modernization and cloud adoption strategies, including migration to SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Collaborate with Basis, Security, and Development teams to ensure system performance, stability, and security.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging SAP and cloud technologies to enhance integration, performance, and automation.
- Provide thought leadership and mentoring to SAP technical teams on design standards and best practices.
- Partner with IT and business leadership to align SAP roadmaps with organizational strategy.
- Document architectural standards, data flows, and integration frameworks to ensure long-term sustainability.
- Demonstrate the Company’s Core Competencies and values held within.

JOB SCOPE
This position operates with a high level of autonomy and requires strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities. The SAP Technical Delivery Manager interacts with internal departments, executive leadership, and external vendors to ensure SAP service excellence and alignment with business goals. The role includes managing and supporting a cross-functional team and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The incumbent plays a critical role in shaping the long-term SAP strategy of the organization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or HS Diploma and 10+ years of relevant experience.
- 10–15 years of SAP technical experience, including 5+ years in architecture or senior engineering roles.
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, BW/4HANA, and BTP solution architecture.
- Demonstrated experience with SAP integration across platforms such as HCM, Salesforce, and enterprise security systems.
- Proficiency in SAP integration tools (CPI, PI/PO, APIs, BTP Integration Suite).
- Strong understanding of SAP security, identity management, and single sign-on frameworks.
- Experience leading SAP migrations, upgrades, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills across technical and business audiences.
- TOGAF or SAP-certified architect credentials preferred.
