We are looking for a Sr Performance Test Engineer to join our growing team in United States

Location: US (Dallas or Philly- remote but client may request office time when required)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer with hands-on experience in SAP and/or Hybris, and proficiency in LoadRunner Enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing protocols including HTTP, Web Services, SAP, and TruClient. Prior experience leading small teams or owning key deliverables in testing projects is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner Enterprise.

• Lead performance testing efforts for SAP and/or Hybris-based applications.

• Analyze test results and work with development and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.

• Develop test strategies and plans for performance, scalability, and load testing.

• Mentor junior testers and coordinate test execution in cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with LoadRunner Enterprise.

• Proficient in protocols: HTTP, WebServices, SAP, TruClient.

• Hands-on performance testing of SAP and/or Hybris applications.

• Familiarity with performance monitoring and analysis tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead testing efforts independently.
