We are looking for a Back-End Developer with AI skills to join our growing team in United States!

Role - Back-End Developer with AI skills

Location - Remote (US)

Key Responsibilities:

•  Architect and implement scalable, low-latency backend services to support RAG-based AI applications.
•  Build and optimize retrieval pipelines leveraging vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma).
•  Integrate and orchestrate LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) with knowledge bases, APIs, and custom logic layers.
•  Collaborate with ML/AI engineers and front-end developers to design efficient prompt pipelines, query rewriting, and context enrichment workflows.
•  Develop robust APIs and microservices using frameworks like Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python FastAPI.
•  Ensure data integrity, security, and privacy when accessing and storing enterprise knowledge sources.
•  Monitor and tune performance of generation workflows, including token usage optimization and caching strategies.

Must Have:

•  Highly skilled Backend Engineer with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based Generative AI applications experience
•  Working experience in designing, developing, and optimizing backend systems that integrate large language models (LLMs).
•  Working experience in building robust APIs and microservices using frameworks like Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python FastAPI
