We're looking for a hands-on QA Test Engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges, improving product quality, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle This is a full-time position in Karmiel. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans for hardware and software products.
  • Perform functional, integration, and system-level testing across multidisciplinary technologies.
  • Investigate, analyze, and document software and hardware issues.
  • Execute automation tests and support continuous improvement of automation frameworks.
  • Work closely with R&D, Product Management, and Service teams to identify quality improvements.
  • Maintain clear test documentation, reports, and validation results.
  • Participate in debugging activities and support issue root-cause analysis.
  • Contribute to the implementation and validation of new technologies and testing methodologies.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Practical Engineering diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in QA engineering.
  • Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts and automation frameworks – Must.
  • Strong programming skills in Python – Must.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Robot Framework, Selenium, or similar) – Must.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD and ALM tools – Advantage.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary HW/SW systems – Advantage.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
