We're looking for a hands-on QA Test Engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges, improving product quality, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle This is a full-time position in Karmiel.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans for hardware and software products.
Perform functional, integration, and system-level testing across multidisciplinary technologies.
Investigate, analyze, and document software and hardware issues.
Execute automation tests and support continuous improvement of automation frameworks.
Work closely with R&D, Product Management, and Service teams to identify quality improvements.
Maintain clear test documentation, reports, and validation results.
Participate in debugging activities and support issue root-cause analysis.
Contribute to the implementation and validation of new technologies and testing methodologies.

Requirements:

Practical Engineering diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in QA engineering.
Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts and automation frameworks – Must.
Strong programming skills in Python – Must.
Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Robot Framework, Selenium, or similar) – Must.
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD and ALM tools – Advantage.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience working with multidisciplinary HW/SW systems – Advantage.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
