22809 - Student Coordinator

You will be responsible for leading automation projects, developing and implementing automation tests, and owning quality processes within SDLC.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the company's training programs from planning through execution.
• Oversee participant registration, attendance tracking, scheduling, logistics, and day-to-day course operations.
• Provide ongoing support to participants, instructors, and managers throughout the entire training lifecycle.
• Coordinate the launch of new training cohorts and collaborate with internal teams, educational institutions, instructors, and external vendors.
• Travel regularly to training sites across Israel to monitor training activities and provide on-site support.
• Prepare reports, monitor program performance, and analyze training data.
• Manage course budgets, monitor invoices, and coordinate vendor engagements.
• Provide administrative support to the Training Department.
• Ensure high-quality service and a positive learning experience for all participants.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree – Required.
• Previous experience in training coordination, course administration, or learning & development – Required.
• Experience in developing training programs, syllabi, or learning materials – Advantage.
• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly underrepresented communities (e.g., Arab society, Ultra-Orthodox community, Ethiopian-Israeli community, residents of peripheral regions, etc.) – Significant advantage.
• Valid driver's license – Required.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout Israel – Required.
• Full-time availability, including evening hours when needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using AI tools for information management, presentation creation, content development, and workflow optimization.
• Good command of English.
