Your next career move starts here: Senior UX/UI Designer & User Researcher Based in Tel Aviv

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team and lead the design of complex, responsive digital systems and platforms. The role includes end-to-end user experience research, interface design, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and the use of AI-powered design tools to create innovative and user-centered solutions

Responsibilities: 

• Lead UX/UI design processes for complex WEB systems, applications, and responsive platforms
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and interface evaluations to improve user experience
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers throughout the product lifecycle
• Define and maintain UX/UI design standards and best practices
• Utilize AI-based design tools and methodologies as part of the design and research process
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and internal teams.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in UX/UI design for WEB systems, applications, responsive websites, or complex platforms
• At least 5 years of proven experience in user research and designing complex systems
• Proven experience working with AI tools in the design domain
• Strong knowledge of UX methodologies, usability testing, and interface research techniques
• Full proficiency in user interface design and prototyping tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with designers and developers
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, plus a UX/UI course; OR a degree in Visual Communication from a recognized design academy; OR any other Bachelor’s degree combined with a UX/UI course.
