We are looking for an organized and service-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team in Petah Tikva!
The position is temporary for one year, with an option for extension.
Responsibilities
- The role includes supporting operational HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, maintaining employee data, and working closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
- Prepare employment agreements and support new hire onboarding.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle onboarding processes for contractors, interns, and external employees.
- Coordinate orientation sessions for new employees.
- Support employee transfer processes and system status updates.
- Work closely with employees and managers throughout HR processes.
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems and trackers
Perform data validation and identify gaps between systems. - Manage operational HR processes related to employee records and permissions.
- Support process improvement initiatives within HR Operations.
- Generate ongoing and monthly reports for HR, Payroll, and Finance teams.
- Work closely with Payroll, Finance, IT, and managers.
- Support offboarding processes, including access termination and equipment coordination.
- Provide operational support to employees and managers.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in HR Operations / HR Administration – mandatory.
- Experience working with HR and payroll systems such as SuccessFactors / HRM – Malam – advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and reporting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good English skills – mandatory.
