We’re looking for a RF/ Hardware Tester for our teams in the Defence industry.

This is a full-time position in Netanya.

Responsibilities:

Perform troubleshooting and repair of RF and digital electronic boards down to component level.
Work with advanced testing equipment (e.g., Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer).
Analyze technical drawings and documentation (schematics, work instructions).
Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams.
Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and documentation.
Support system-level diagnostics and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Practical Electronics Technician certification (or equivalent).
At least 2-4 years of hands-on experience in electronic board repair (RF/Digital).
Strong system-level understanding and analytical skills.
Experience working with testing equipment (Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, etc).
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation.
Good English proficiency (reading and writing).
High level of self-discipline, responsibility, and teamwork.

Advantages:

Military experience (preferably in Signal Corps).
Experience with Python / MATLAB.
Familiarity with Jira.
Previous team leadership experience.
Knowledge or exposure to AI technologies.
