We are looking for a  Business Technology Solutions Brand Partner to support the organization by providing technology solutions that enable business needs across multiple teams.

This role works closely with brand teams, global technical teams, and internal stakeholders to identify, implement, and manage digital tools and assets in compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain IT compliance policies and protocols to support organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all written documentation and policies related to IT compliance are kept up to date.
• Coordinate and manage commercial IT projects with both local and global teams.
• Identify and implement digital solutions that support evolving business needs.
• Support brand teams in the setup and launch of business and communication websites, including coordination with global teams.
• Manage ongoing risk assessment and mitigation related to digital assets and technology tools.
• Support the implementation and adoption of new digital tools and platforms.
• Ensure accessibility standards are met across digital assets.
• Maintain documentation covering the full lifecycle of digital assets.
• Execute relevant back-office tasks and provide ongoing support for current business systems and platforms.
• Write and review technical designs and specification documents to ensure business requirements are met.
• Improve technology-related processes and develop user guides and documentation for digital tools.
• Work with and support platforms such as SharePoint, OneTrust, AEM, Kneat, Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and other collaboration tools.

Requirements:

• BSc in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Electronic / Industrial / Mathematics Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position
• Experience working with digital platforms, website platforms, and business technology solutions.
• Familiarity with platforms such as SharePoint, AEM, OneTrust, Kneat, and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
• Experience in project management and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry – an advantage.
• Previous experience working with AI technologies is required 
• Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex documents and policies.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously in a global environment.
• High interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
• Training and knowledge-sharing capabilities with a strong self-learning mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
