We’re looking for a Account Manager - Public Sector  for a super-challenging job at one of Israel's leading security companies.

This is a Full-Time position at Petah - Tikva.

 

Description:

We are looking for a proactive Junior Account Manager to join our Public Sector team. leading client relationships and driving the overall business success of the account through strategic partnerships, financial growth, and operational excellence.
You will be the face of the company for our public sector clients, ensuring they feel supported while keeping our internal engines running smoothly. If you’re someone who thrives on being available, solving problems in real-time, and turning data into action, this is for you.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage client relationships and lead the overall account strategy to ensure long-term partnership and client satisfaction.
  • Drive financial performance by monitoring account profitability, forecasts, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Oversee delivery execution by tracking KPIs, supporting delivery teams, and ensuring high service quality.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including delivery, recruitment, and global teams to ensure effective resource and project alignment.
  • Ensure governance and operational excellence while maintaining strong communication with clients and promoting company values.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Operations, or Project Coordination, preferably in a technology or professional services environment.
  • Proven experience managing ongoing client relationships.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting) – mandatory.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients or public sector clients – a strong advantage.
  • Basic experience in financial tracking, including budgeting, billing, collections, or account health monitoring – an advantage.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and service-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
