Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for a QA team (manual & automation) in an Agile environment.
• Communicate daily with R&D managers, present status reports with confidence, and identify needs (Sales-oriented approach).
• Be the technical anchor for the team (SQL, API, complex scenarios) while managing the delivery.
• Work in a demanding, fast-paced environment that requires high energy and availability.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience as a QA Engineer / Software Tester.
• Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Mentor, or Feature Lead – Must.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL and API Testing – Must.
• Excellent communication skills, assertive, and able to "sell" the value of QA to the client.
• Willingness to work hard, learn quickly, and cope with pressure.
• Fluent English & Hebrew.
