We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst to join our team in one of the largest and modern logistic centers in Israel.

 

Responsibilities


  • Lead Information systems project, from business requirements, through process configuration and implementation
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into WMS configurations and process improvements
  • Implement and support WMS solutions to optimize warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications, workflows, and integration points with ERP and other enterprise systems
  • Lead system testing, user training, and change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of WMS enhancements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve WMS-related issues, working with vendors and internal IT teams as needed
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations (e.g., GDP, GMP) and data integrity standards


Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst, preferably in WMS implementations within a pharmaceutical or regulated industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
  • Willingness to provide on call support from home for production systems
  • Strong knowledge of WMS platforms (e.g., Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP EWM, or similar)
  • Experience with ERP integration (SAP, Oracle, or others)
  • Understanding of warehouse processes (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control)
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for troubleshooting and reporting
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in GxP, validation processes, and regulatory compliance is a plus
  • Ability to perform under pressure, high attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal communication skills
