We’re looking for an experienced UX Testing & Research Lead to join our Technology team as maternity cover for the current UX & Testing Centre of Excellence Lead.

This is a pivotal role focused on owning the delivery quality, innovation, and strategic support for our UX testing and crowd testing services.You’ll collaborate closely with account managers, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure exceptional client experiences and support business growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in UX research or testing, who is comfortable working across pre-sales, delivery, and internal capability building.

 

 

 Responsibilities:

 

  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for UX testing, usability, accessibility, and crowd testing.
  • Guide and advise internal teams and clients on testing strategy and best practices.
  • Lead client conversations, especially around test design, methodology, and result interpretation.
  • Support ongoing UX testing projects, including managing scope, quality, and timelines.
  • Respond to follow-up questions, and ensure all deliverables meet a high standard.
  • Collaborate with sales and account managers to support opportunities and build trust with prospects.
  • Contribute to RFIs/RFPs and write the technical sections of Statements of Work (SoWs).
  • Help shape estimates, quotes, and delivery plans.Centre of Excellence Operations
  • Maintain and improve internal artifacts, templates, and delivery frameworks.
  • Support internal teams through mentoring, documentation, and capability uplift.Collaboration & Innovation
  • Work with other Centers of Excellence and Solution Architects to evolve offerings and drive innovation.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, case studies, and thought leadership content.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Strong background in UX testing or UX research - including planning, execution, and analysis.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and crowd testing methodologies.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience contributing to RFPs/RFIs and writing technical statements in SoWs.
  • Hands-on project experience with enterprise clients.
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and delivering in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and an eye for continuous improvement.
  • Fluent English is a MUST
