We are looking for an IT R&D PMO Professional to drive the successful execution of Clinical IT initiatives. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end project activities—including planning, coordination, and reporting—to ensure alignment with strategic R&D objectives. You will serve as a central point of governance and QA for complex, cross-functional programs within regulated (GxP) environments. This position requires strong analytical skills and proven experience supporting enterprise-level IT programs in a global setting.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution – Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones while tracking deliverables, risks, and issues to ensure smooth execution
- Governance & Monitoring – Maintain updated documentation, monitor KPIs, timelines, and budgets, and deliver concise status updates aligned with governance and compliance standards
- Stakeholder & Communication Management – Serve as a central coordination point across IT, R&D, business teams, and vendors, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely escalation
- Cross‑Functional Enablement – Coordinate global resources and schedules, support executive materials, and collaborate closely with BA, QA, architecture, and technical teams
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in PMO or IT project management roles within global or complex environments, supporting large-scale IT/R&D programs, including exposure to GxP or pharma/clinical supply chain projects (advantage)
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA or Similar), strong understanding of SDLC, validation, and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), and strong analytical, organizational, and documentation capabilities
- Excellent English, strong communication and teamwork abilities, ability to manage multiple priorities, fast learner, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Experience with testing tools such as HP Quality Center – advantage
- Background in Pharma, Clinical Operations, R&D systems, or supply chain – advantage
- Experience preparing project dashboards, executive summaries, and PMO‑level reporting
