21369 - Configuration Control Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Configuration Control Engineer to join our team.

The position is based in Karmiel, full-time (on-site).

Responsibilities:

• Support product readiness for serial production.
• Work closely with R&D engineers to transition development data into complete, production‑ready documentation.
• Update and edit mechanical drawings when needed.
• Manage and maintain the product Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Lead Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes.
• Collaborate with global R&D teams on shared platforms for BOM and ECM activities.
• Provide occasional support for mechanical design tasks.
• Work both independently and as part of a global team.

Requirements:

• Practical Engineering Diploma or BSc in Mechanical Engineering — Must.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in creating and managing BOMs within ERP systems (Priority — Advantage) — Must.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to read mechanical drawings — Must.
• Experience with multidisciplinary systems — Must.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented working style — Must.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in English — Must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office — Must.
• Experience with Priority ERP — Advantage.
