We are seeking a skilled, service‑oriented IT Support Specialist with strong technical abilities and hands-on experience to join our growing team.

 The role involves front-line user support, troubleshooting complex issues, maintaining diverse IT environments, and working with advanced organizational technologies.

 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Provide Tier 1 IT support and handle escalated Tier 2 issues as needed.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues.
  • Manage incidents and service requests via ticketing systems.Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices, including image deployment.
  • Support Windows environments, meeting room equipment, and basic server, virtualization, and network infrastructure.
  • Deliver high-quality, service-oriented support and collaborate with IT teams.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience providing front-line IT support to end users (Tier 1).
  • Tier 2 experience – an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge and experience in Networking (Layer 2/3) – IP addressing, subnet mask, MAC address.
  • Practical experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., SysAid, ServiceNow).
  • Experience with Image deployment, preferably using SCCM and PXE.
  • Strong hardware troubleshooting and DEBUG-level technical skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems (Linux – an advantage).
  • Basic knowledge of servers and virtualization, especially VMware.
  • Basic understanding of networking equipment (switches / firewalls).
  • Experience operating and supporting IT equipment in meeting rooms.
  • Familiarity with the Priority ERP system – an advantage.
