We are seeking a skilled, service‑oriented IT Support Specialist with strong technical abilities and hands-on experience to join our growing team.
The role involves front-line user support, troubleshooting complex issues, maintaining diverse IT environments, and working with advanced organizational technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 IT support and handle escalated Tier 2 issues as needed.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues.
- Manage incidents and service requests via ticketing systems.Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices, including image deployment.
- Support Windows environments, meeting room equipment, and basic server, virtualization, and network infrastructure.
- Deliver high-quality, service-oriented support and collaborate with IT teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience providing front-line IT support to end users (Tier 1).
- Tier 2 experience – an advantage.
- Basic knowledge and experience in Networking (Layer 2/3) – IP addressing, subnet mask, MAC address.
- Practical experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., SysAid, ServiceNow).
- Experience with Image deployment, preferably using SCCM and PXE.
- Strong hardware troubleshooting and DEBUG-level technical skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems (Linux – an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of servers and virtualization, especially VMware.
- Basic understanding of networking equipment (switches / firewalls).
- Experience operating and supporting IT equipment in meeting rooms.
- Familiarity with the Priority ERP system – an advantage.
