We are seeking an experienced QA Specialist with a broad systemic perspective and strong leadership skills to join our team. This role requires full independence, initiative, and the ability to drive end-to-end quality processes within a complex and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing processes in large-scale projects
• Collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and system analysts to enhance product quality and workflows
• Identify bottlenecks in work processes and propose effective solutions for improvement
• Take full ownership of product quality while maintaining a deep understanding of both business and technical requirements
  
  
  

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in software testing within large-scale organizations – must
• Proficiency in complex SQL queries and database management – must
• Extensive experience in API testing (Postman) and a deep understanding of Backend architecture – Must
• A "can-do” attitude with the ability to lead tasks independently and drive processes forward
• Full proficiency in Jira and Agile methodologies
• Ability to perform under pressure, high attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal communication skills
