Responsibilities:  

• Perform precise soldering, BGA reballing, and PCB rework.
• Work under a microscope to solder fine-pitch components, probes, and wires.
• Use advanced BGA rework stations for component replacement and repair.
• Read and analyze .brd files and Allegro layouts to locate components.
• Support board debugging, prototype rework, and hardware validation tasks.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to lab and ESD standards.

Requirements:  

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in rework, soldering, and assembly of electronic PCBs.
• Proven experience with rebelling BGA components – mandatory.
• Proficiency in soldering all types of components, including Through-Hole, SMD, BGA, Fine Pitch, etc.
• Experience in pad (socket) repair – significant advantage.
• Skilled in using advanced BGA rework stations.
• Ability to work with .brd files and Allegro to locate components and understand layout.
• Precise soldering of probes, wires, and cables under a microscope.
