Qualitest is growing and we are looking for our next Information Systems Specialist in Netanya (50% position).

Provide professional information systems services, including system implementation and ongoing support within a laboratory environment. The role involves hands-on work with computerized systems and delivery of Tier 2 technical support to ensure stable, compliant, and efficient system operation.

Responsibilities 

  • Participate in projects involving the implementation of new information systems and upgrades of existing systems

  • Collaborate with vendors, end users, and key stakeholders for requirements definition, testing, and user training

  • Manage implementation activities including documentation, user acceptance testing, and knowledge transfer to operational teams

  • Provide Tier 2 off-desk technical support in a Windows-based environment

  • Analyze incidents, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems

  • Escalate complex issues to development teams or external vendors when required

  • Document incidents, root causes, and resolutions in the ticket management system

Requirements

  • Experience in Information Systems or IT environments; Between 1-3 years is an advantage

  • Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory requirements for computerized systems, including GxP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 - advantage

  • Experience providing Tier 2 technical support is an advantage

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken

  • Relevant academic education is an advantage
