Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end QA activities across projects, from requirements analysis to release.
• Design, review, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Perform hands-on manual testing to ensure product quality and functionality.Identify, document, track, and manage defects using defect tracking tools, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Define and implement QA best practices, processes, and methodologies in alignment with SDLC and STLC standards.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Mentor and guide QA team members, providing technical support and quality leadership when needed.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of test management tools and accurate QA documentation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
• 1–3 years of experience in a QA Lead or Senior QA role.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing techniques.
• Proven experience in test case design and execution.
• Experience working with defect tracking tools.
• Experience with test management tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
