This is a strategic role that includes managing the entire sales process, developing business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and meeting aggressive growth targets.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure
- Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
- Build and maintain relationships with senior technology decision-makers
- Manage pipeline, forecasts, and reporting using Salesforce
- Drive revenue growth and meet aggressive sales targets
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in sales management for technology service companies (B2B)
- Full command of all stages of the sales process – from lead generation to deal closure
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Deep familiarity with decision-makers in the technology sector – such as CTOs, VPs of R&D, Heads of Engineering, and others
- Ability to work independently, high initiative, and the capability to drive processes without reliance on others
