Are you a strategic leader who understands the high-stakes world of Financial Services?

Qualitest is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead our most critical client relationships within the Financial Services sector.

In this senior-level role, you will act as a high-impact business partner, bridging the gap between client needs and our technology solutions. You will be fully accountable for driving strategic growth, financial profitability, and operational excellence for a portfolio of Financial Services clients, ensuring they remain resilient and innovative.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

Strategic Relationship Management

  • Client Partnership: Act as a senior advisor to C-suite and senior stakeholders within banks, insurance firms, and fintechs, aligning Qualitest’s capabilities with their evolving digital transformation goals.
  • Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive annual account plans that integrate
  • Client Transformation strategies with robust delivery roadmaps.
  • Ecosystem Alignment: Lead coordination across Global functions (Onshore, Nearshore, and Offshore) to provide a unified, world-class experience for your clients.

Commercial Excellence & Growth

  • Drive Financial Success: Take full ownership of revenue targets and Gross Margin (GM). Manage forecasting, collections, and financial alignment across all internal systems.
  • Expansion & New Logos: Identify white-space opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, while also leading the onboarding of new logo acquisitions within the Financial Services sector.
  • Strategic Negotiation: Consultative selling to maintain Qualitest as a premium partner

Technology & Market Foresight

  • Innovation Champion: Leverage a deep understanding of the Financial Services domain (Core Banking, Payments, Regulatory Tech, etc.) to proactively propose innovative, value-driven solutions.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor activity to anticipate client needs before they arise.
  • Solution Tailoring: Collaborate with the CoE and Delivery teams to customize technological solutions that address the specific security and compliance challenges of the financial industry.

 

 

Required Skills & Experience

 

  • Financial Services Expertise: Proven experience managing large-scale accounts within the Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance sectors.
  • Senior Account Leadership: A track record of managing complex client relationships and driving large business growth.
  • Strategic Acumen: The ability to navigate regulated environments and understand the impact of emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, FinTech) on the Financial Services industry.Commercial Mastery: Expert-level negotiation, consultative selling, and financial management skills.
  • Leadership Presence: Strong "self-leadership" with the ambition to grow into a Sector Leader role.
