This position is part of a project responsible for the preparation, review, and ongoing update of packaging materials for medicinal products, in accordance with Israeli regulations and regulatory requirements.The role requires learning, understanding, and applying the relevant regulatory guidelines and legislation related to the preparation and maintenance of packaging materials for pharmaceutical products.The work is performed in a professional office environment at the Teva Shoham site.
Responsibilities:

Preparing, reviewing, and continuously updating packaging materials for medicinal products.

Ensuring full compliance with Israeli regulatory requirements and Ministry of Health guidelines.

Applying relevant legislation and regulatory updates to pharmaceutical labeling and packaging.

Performing meticulous text comparisons and proofreading to ensure 100% accuracy and prevent recalls.

Managing "Track Changes" and document versions using MS Word and specialized comparison software.

Preparing finalized, flawless files for approval and production.

Collaborating closely with the responsible pharmacist and the project team.

Working in a computer-intensive, dynamic environment while meeting strict deadlines.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a Paramedical field – Mandatory.

Native-level Hebrew (reading and writing) – Mandatory.

Very high-level English (reading and writing) – Mandatory.

Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Ability to maintain deep concentration on minute details over extended periods.

Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (specifically MS Word).

Strong technical orientation and ability to learn new software systems.

Analytical thinking and ability to work both independently and as part of a large team.

High level of personal responsibility and understanding of the critical impact of errors.
